A wildcard is a feature which allows you to increase the breadth of a search by using the symbols '?' and '*' to replace individual letters or sequences of letters within the first name field and the last name field.
Examples, to search for:
Start with B = B*
Ends with B = *B
Contains B = *B*
'*' stars mean any amount of characters whereas the question mark character '?' is only 1 character.
Example of using a question mark Character:
4 letter word = Like ???? TIP: always use the word like before using the '?' symbol to search in query design.
