1.To create a Label report, you must have already selected the query you want to use. (as seen in the image to the left)
2. Now got to 'create' and then 'label reports' click on this once you have highlighted the query you are going to create labels for.

3. When you have pressed the 'labels' option a screen will come up, similar to the one on the left but with different question, do not change it unless the question ask you to; also don't change the font if the question doesn't tell you too!
4. When you get to this option add in the fields you need. (when adding fields make sure you press enter after adding a field to ensure it works!)

5. it will open like this, once you have clicked finish, you will now need to add your name etc by adding an 'label' in design view and moving the boxes around to fit, so you can see all the options in print preview!
6.Add the labels and make sure everything is neat!
